Yeah, I'm not calm right now but rather a bit anxious and frightened.
Why? Well there's this SUPER strong typhoon (Hurricanes in the Pacific) that is about to hit us in just a matter of hours.
It's considered as the strongest one so far to hit our country this year and its force is equivalent to that of a category five hurricane in the states.
Well it's not like this is the first time I've ever experience a typhoon but considering the strength of this one and the fact that I'm in an island in which the eye is expected to land, being a bit nervous is somewhat the norm. Also, living alone in a boarding house far from my family just adds up to the pressure.
I've already prepared a (personal) disaster contingency plan, stored enough food, water, candles and all and nailed down all the windows. All I have to do right now is sit, wait, and pray that the worst might never come.
