The Mythological Beast: Ioasis

"Wondering throughout the eons, the legendary beast told in countless mythologies, Ioasis."

Hello there
What we basically have here is a digital drawing of the legendary beast named "Ioasis", an OC of my friend, the artist and renowned pokemon sculptor . This artwork is my gift to the said artist to her birthday this March 10, 2013.

I made this work during my recent hiatus, and it took me a span of about 3 days (estimated 12 hours) to finish it. I'm not so sure if the image that I've done is the exact representation of character "Ioasis" because I've only based it on a few pictures and sculptures of the said character. It was only later that I had found out that there are a lot of differences regarding this image and that of the original (one example is the eye pattern). With those things in regard, I ask for an apology if this somewhat deviated from the original character concept.

This is also the first time that I've drawn something like this digitally with the usage of three editing softwares namely "Paint", "Photoscape" and "GIMP".
